With the live-action remake of ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ set to hit theaters on June 13, Burger King, in partnership with Universal Pictures, has added new menu items inspired by the franchise.
Starting May 27, Burger King will offer four new items inspired by the ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ franchise to celebrate the release of the 2010 animation’s live-action remake.
The brand introduced the Dragon Flame-Grilled Whopper, featuring red and orange bread filled with a flame-grilled burger, American cheese, lettuce and tomato, bacon, onions, and pickles.
The Fiery Dragon Mozzarella Fries come with melted mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and a spicy Calabrese pepper breading, served in an exclusive packaging featuring the dragon Toothless.

For drinks, fans of ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ can try the Soaring Strawberry Lemonade, a sweet lemonade made with fruit purée and natural flavors.
And finally, the dessert Viking’s Chocolate Sundae, made with vanilla ice cream topped with Hershey’s chocolate syrup and black and green cookie crumbles.
“Our new collaboration with ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ will be fun for both kids and those who remain young at heart,” said Joel Yashinsky, Marketing Director of Burger King for the USA and Canada.
The fast-food chain will also launch a game called ‘Night Fury Flight’, which customers in the Royal Perks program can play to receive exclusive offers and prizes, including a trip to Universal Orlando Resort.
